Seared Wagyu Top Sirloin Steak Bites in Creamy Garlic Butter Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2-3 lb top sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Garnish with fresh parsley
Instructions:
Season the steak bites with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites until browned on all sides, approximately 3-4 minutes. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and let rest.
Prepare the Sauce:
Using the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 30 seconds. Add the beef broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release browned garlic pieces. Slowly stir in the heavy cream and fresh grated or shaved Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
Poor the sauce over the steak bites and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve the steak bites over your favorite pasta, or enjoy them as an appetizer.
