  • Don't overwork it: Gently handle the ground beef when forming patties or crumbles. 
  • Season simply: Let the Wagyu flavor shine. Salt and pepper are often enough.
  • Don't overcook: It cooks faster than regular ground beef. Keep a close eye on it.   

Cooking Methods:

1. Burgers:

  • Form patties: Gently form 1-inch thick patties. Dimpling the center helps prevent them from bulging during cooking.
  • Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare (130°F internal temp), or until desired doneness.
  • Pan-fry: Heat a skillet (cast iron is great) over medium-high heat. Add a little oil or butter. Cook patties for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • Smash burgers: For a crispy crust, press patties thin on a hot griddle or skillet. Cook quickly!

2. Crumbles:

  • Brown it: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon.   
  • Drain (optional): If there's excess grease, drain it off.
  • Season: Season with salt, pepper, or your favorite spices.

3. Meatloaf:

  • Combine ingredients: Mix the ground beef with breadcrumbs, eggs, seasonings, and other ingredients as desired.
  • Shape: Form the mixture into a loaf shape.
